what a wonderful weekend!

Last weekend I had the honour of heading up to the wonderful town of Yackandandah to perform at their Folk Festival. It's a great town and a great festival!! Such a beautiful part of the world. I had such a lovely time performing, the audiences were so enthusiastic and it did my soul a whole lot of good! I was super busy playing shows, doing interviews and running workshops, but loved every minute of it. The kids stayed back in Melbourne with grandparents, and I headed up to Yack with my hubby, and my brother Pete (who plays guitar for me) his wife Taz and their seriously cute little son, Percy. It was great hanging out with them. Probably the highlight from the weekend though was meeting up with one of my fav bloggers Claire (Sweet Birdy Love) who lives in Yackandandah. We have enjoyed each others blogs for a couple of years, and it was the best to finally meet!!
Have you ever met up with a fellow blogger? was it great?

Speak soon!! love Mezz xox
